Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning techniques to ensure safety, efficiency and quality performance.
• Satisfactory knowledge of building maintenance including restrooms, offices, hard floors and carpet care.
• Chemical knowledge of cleaning products; ability to read SDS and OSHA safety sheets.
• Experience with inventory management for supplies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and Goodwill staff.

Responsibilities

• Train employees in proper cleaning techniques for safety, efficiency, and quality performance.
• Experience in equipment operation and essential preventative maintenance.
• Chemical knowledge of cleaning products. Ability to read and interpret SDS and OSHA safety sheets.
• Maintaining adequate inventory levels of supplies is always required to perform custodial services successfully.
• Maintain effective communication with the Managers, supervisors, lead workers, and Goodwill staff.
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll for employee compensation.
• Evaluate employees' work performance and ensure that Goodwill Industries' quality standards are met per safety guidelines and job descriptions.
• All other duties as assigned.
