Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitudes and working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations ensuring company standards and KPIs are met.
• Oversee and manage site management project teams and personnel.
• Interview, hire and train new employees.
• Ensure equipment is in good operating condition and inspect work for conformance to standards.
• Maintain safety programs and prepare monthly site reports for customers.
• Record hours and supervise timekeeping; handle supplies and equipment.
