Responsibilities

• Train employees in proper cleaning techniques for safety, efficiency and quality.
• Supervise custodial personnel and coordinate scheduling/organization.
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll for employee compensation.
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies and communicate with managers.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure quality standards are met per safety guidelines.
