Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of directly related janitorial experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Pre-employment checks may include background, drug screening, and physical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial personnel.
• Assign work responsibilities and monitor employee performance to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of offices, restrooms, common areas, conference rooms, and other facility spaces.
• Ensure cleaning services are performed in accordance with Company standards, security protocols, and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial staff on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, workplace safety, and customer service.
• Coordinate special cleaning projects, floor care, carpet cleaning, and emergency cleanup activities.
