Job summary

UG2 in Boston, MA is seeking an Assistant Custodial Account Manager to help manage custodial operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and facility appearance in a cost-effective way. You will assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs, monitor custodial operations and help improve cleaning and maintenance methods to uphold safety and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years custodial operations/management experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of floor care and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with management, staff, clients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of custodial equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory for facility operations.
• Supervise custodial contractors to meet standards and objectives.
• Maintain documentation related to custodial operations.
• Assist supervision, training and development of custodial staff.
• Support QA/QC processes to uphold best practices and standards.
• Assist with infrastructure assessments to maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrate leadership by upholding safety, quality and service standards.
• Contribute to delivering UG2's customer service excellence.
• Develop and implement custodial programs aligned with client expectations.
