UG2 is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to oversee custodial operations, ensure cleanliness and orderliness, and manage a team to meet client expectations. The role includes maintaining equipment, coordinating contractors, and developing QA/QC processes to improve facilities services.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Facility Management or related field, 5–10 years of custodial leadership experience, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of related experience in custodial management or training.
• Strong knowledge of floor care and custodial practices.
• Proven leadership with ability to engage and motivate a large team.
• Excellent communication with all levels of management, staff, clients, and customers.

• Oversee operation and maintenance of custodial equipment and supplies; ensure smooth custodial operations.
• Ensure adequate inventory of supplies for facility operation.
• Direct and monitor custodial contractors to meet organizational standards.
• Maintain documentation related to custodial operations.
• Supervise and develop a team of custodial staff; oversee hiring and training.
• Develop and implement QA/QC processes per best practices and regulations.
• Oversee infrastructure assessments to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

• Develop custodial programs aligned with client demands and specifications.
