Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must read, write and understand the native language, communicate (verbal and written) effectively.
• Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations.
• Requires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations.
• Maintains communication with department managers and client partners.
• Tours and inspects the facility to ensure quality in custodial operations.
• Reviews job orders and coordinates activities to optimize staff and resources.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and regulations; maintains records.
