Job summary

Harvard Integrations LP in Tea, SD is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, guide a small team, and maintain clean, safe, welcoming spaces across offices and breakrooms.

You will plan schedules, monitor quality, manage supplies and safety, and coordinate with facilities while ensuring OSHA/SDS compliance and efficient coverage.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years custodial/housekeeping experience with lead or supervisory duties.
• Ability to plan schedules and manage coverage for absences and peaks.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and basic digital tools.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, safety, and SDS handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a custodial team, assign daily tasks and inspect quality.
• Plan and publish daily cleaning routes and shift coverage.
• Develop monthly/quarterly cleaning plans around operations.
• Track labor hours, supplies, and close work orders in Limble.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and vendor evaluation.
• Perform custodial work alongside the team and enforce safety.
