Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Custodial Manager in Training to develop leadership skills in our environmental services program. You will learn day porter, custodian, and floor technician duties while mentoring others as you advance.

The role requires flexible hours for 1st and 2nd shifts with travel between locations in the greater Philadelphia area; a background check and driving license are required. We offer hands-on training, career development, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of environmental services experience in healthcare or school setting.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required by state or customers.

Aufgaben

• Learn and perform day porter, custodian, and floor technician tasks.
• Lead small groups of staff across varying shifts.
• Develop payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, and budgeting.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
