Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Custodial Manager in Training to develop leadership skills in environmental services across multiple locations in the greater Philadelphia area. The role involves learning day porter, custodian, and floor technician tasks and mentoring staff.

You will lead small teams, gain knowledge of policies and budgets, and advance toward site management. Travel between locations is required, with a base in the Philadelphia area and a starting salary of USD

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in environmental services within healthcare or school setting, supervisory experience desired.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around cleaning products.
• Must provide a criminal background check and a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Learn and perform day porter, custodian, and floor technician tasks while teaching others to operate industrial cleaning and laundry equipment.
• Lead small groups of staff in cleaning and laundry tasks across varying shifts.
• Acquire knowledge of policies, procedures, and requirements to eventually manage custodial staff at a single site.
• Develop skills in payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, and budgeting.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear appropriately and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
