Varied shift from training hours to 3:00 pm–11:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays; the role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliable attendance while delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years custodial experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily custodial work and complete tasks on schedule.
• Train new staff on safety, cleaning methods, and equipment use.
• Inspect areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling, supplies inventory, and special projects.
• Perform general custodial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, trash.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the proper personnel.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
