Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, while guiding custodial staff. The role includes daily supervision responsibilities and ensuring safety and compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid and other safety trainings as applicable. Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year related custodial experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; may be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Safety and task training certification completed; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow daily schedule and perform listed duties.
• Provide guidance and assistance to custodians as directed.
• Assist Supervisor with scheduling and training of staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track inventory, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Schedule cleanups and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas.
• Track and maintain supply inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report personnel and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and correct unsafe behavior.
