Job summary

MalaceHR is seeking a 1st shift Janitorial Lead in Greensboro, NC to supervise and motivate a cleaning crew and ensure Volvo standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency are met.

The ideal candidate has janitorial supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills to guide team members in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, dependable presence on shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the janitorial team throughout the shift.
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and according to standards.

• Conducting routine inspections to verify work quality and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Ensuring employees have the tools, supplies, and support needed to complete their assignments.
• Assisting with cleaning duties as needed and leading by example.

$18.00 Monday-Friday, 7:30a-4p (occssional weekend project work, with notice given)
