Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• * Must Be Reliable and Able to Work Rotating Weekends


• * Ensure compliance with the scope of work.


• * Follow up on quality inspections


• * Ensure compliance with client work order program.


• * Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.


• * Review Suppliesand Equipment


• * Employee coaching- Monitor Attendance and Performance


• * Other Janitorial Duties as Needed

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK


• 18 years or older


• Legally authorized to work in the United States


• Reliable transportation to and from work


• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs


• Able to stand/walk for duration of shift

Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred

2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred

Applicants must have valid driver's license.
