SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provide work direction to custodial staff.
The role includes scheduling, training, equipment operation, safety inspections, supply management, and reporting to a Custodial Supervisor; candidates need a HS diploma and at least 1 year related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license if required.
The Custodial Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff.

Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma / GED required. At least 1-year related experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification. A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Monday-Friday:6:00PM-2:30AM
$18.00-$19.00 per hour.
