TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. The Customer Service Attendant is a key member of the store team responsible for maintaining our buildings and facilities in a clean, sanitary condition in accordance with TA standards.

They ensure a pleasant environment for our customers so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; report unsafe situations and take corrective action when necessary.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
