Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to keep our travel centers clean and welcoming for travelers. You’ll help maintain a sanitary environment, assist guests, and follow safety guidelines to ensure a positive experience on every visit.

This role requires teamwork, excellent customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer competitive hourly pay and a range of benefits at TA locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Dedicated individual who works well with others
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies (operational requirement)

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
