Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to help maintain clean, welcoming TA travel centers across the United States. The role focuses on delivering great customer service, keeping facilities tidy, and adhering to safety standards to ensure a positive experience for travelers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow safety and security guidelines.
• Working schedule includes nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Experience with cleaning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations; take corrective action when necessary
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
