The Customer Service Attendant helps keep our buildings clean and sanitary in line with TA standards, ensuring a pleasant environment for travelers.

Qualifications

• Dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security guidelines; report unsafe situations to ensure guest safety.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
