Morris School District is seeking a Custodial Floater to provide day and evening coverage across facilities. The role requires flexibility to work days or nights as needed and to lift up to 50 lbs, with a focus on cleaning, maintenance, and safe operations.

Candidates must have a High School diploma, be able to read and communicate effectively, and obtain a Black Seal License within one year. Background checks and U.S. citizenship proof are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available days or nights as needed.
• Must hold a Black Seal License within one year of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of plant operation and maintenance, cleaning methods & procedures, heating & ventilation.
• Must pass criminal background check and provide proof of US Citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Perform custodial tasks as assigned.
• Read, interpret, and follow cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Operate building systems related to cleaning and HVAC.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of facilities.

Salary: In accordance with the established TEAM Salary Guide currently ranging from $35,000 to $52,000
Benefits: Full time employees are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits. Sick, personal and vacation day allotments are included.
