Strategic Government Resources, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Operations Supervisor to oversee custodial and facility maintenance activities for the City of Irving. You will supervise staff, plan work, and ensure safety and compliance across daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in custodial/maintenance, and at least 1 year in a lead role. Must pass background checks and hold a valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs and work after hours is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of custodial and maintenance experience.
• At least one year of lead experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and related software.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Available to respond to after-hours emergency callbacks.
• Criminal history check required; some convictions may be considered.

• Supervise and coordinate custodial operations and facility maintenance activities.
