Job PurposeThe

The Custodial Crew Leader supports the Custodial Supervisor by helping plan, schedule, and oversee daily custodial operations while actively performing custodial work. This role leads by example, ensures facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards, coordinates staff activities, and provides daily guidance to custodial team members. The Crew Leader assumes supervisory responsibilities in the Supervisor's absence.
