Job summary

Cinema Carousel in Muskegon is seeking hard-working, motivated, early risers to join our early morning, part-time Cleaning Crew. You’ll help maintain a welcoming venue where stories come to life and guests enjoy a clean space.

As part of Studio C's team, you will follow safety guidelines, operate cleaning equipment, and contribute to a friendly, efficient environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to start as early as 5:00am.
• Time management and efficiency skills required.
• Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment.
• Communication skills to ensure proper maintenance of facility.
• Strong work ethic.
• Able to stand 6-8 hours, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use cleaning equipment.
• Team player willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Must love people, food, movies, and cleaning!
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and safe guest experience by cleaning and maintaining theater auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms and parking lots on a daily basis
• Daily responsibilities consist of: vacuuming, pick up and removal of trash, carpet cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning seats & bathrooms, washing windows and more
• Perform seasonal indoor and/or outdoor maintenance tasks when needed e.g. snow removal
• Must use proper personal protection equipment, as required
• Maintain inventory of custodial supplies
