Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Capable of handling cash according to policies.

Responsibilities

• Memorizes recipes and standards.
• Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product is produced.
• Ensures all custard/food items are prepared to standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods to keep store operating to standard.
• Perform cleaning duties and keep facilities sanitary.
• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Accept orders, prepare treats with accuracy, and handle payments.
