Job summary

Super Chix is seeking a Custard & Hospitality crew member in Chesapeake, VA. The role oversees custard production, lobby/creamery areas, front-of-house staff, and dining room service to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

This position requires 1-2 years of restaurant/QSR experience, reliability, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment. We offer health benefits, training, 401(k) options, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant/QSR experience, preferred.
• Must be friendly and outgoing.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and carry out directives.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Must work well with others and show respect to co workers.
• Must take pride in the work that you do.
• FULL TIME - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of custard production.
• Oversee all take-out and third-party delivery orders.
• Oversee lobby & creamery station cleanliness.
• Oversee guest interaction by all staff members at the cash register and in the dining room.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and creamery station.
• Perform restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Ensure food and service meet high quality standards.
• Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests.
• Report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assist in resolving such complaints.
• Create a professional and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the highest standard of Guest Service.
