Job summary

Enclos in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Manager with curtainwall experience to own project activities from design through installation and closeout. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and field teams to keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track while upholding safety standards.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, prepare procurement and subcontract documentation, and build technical knowledge of curtainwall systems and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 3–5 years curtainwall construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with project management, job costing, billing, and labor software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and coordination from design development through installation and closeout.
• Develop logs, submittal schedules, and tracking tools to support milestones.
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, samples, mockups, and fabrication releases.
• Monitor schedules, identify delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support vendor selection, procurement, and subcontract documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing, and field teams for material availability and sequencing.
