ANNAM.AI, Center of Excellence in AI for Agriculture at IIT Ropar, invites a Curriculum Support Specialist to drive curriculum development and LMS content management. You will support the Chief AI Learning Scientist in implementing and evaluating curriculum components and coordinating instructional activities across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in curriculum coordination, academic support, or LMS-based content management.
• Experience with LMS platforms and office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with basic pedagogy and assessment design.

• Draft, format, and finalise lesson notes, assignments, and study materials aligned with learning objectives.
• Assist in designing quizzes, exams, rubrics, and assessment tools.
• Configure and update content on the LMS.
• Collaborate with LMS technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation of curriculum changes and student feedback.
• Generate performance reports and support team scheduling and coordination.

This is a remote position.

Type:Full-Time | Adhoc | Renewable based on performance

Compensation:₹5-6 Lakhs per annum

About the Role

The Curriculum Support Specialist will provide essential academic and operational support to the Chief AI Learning Scientist in developing, implementing, and assessing curriculum components. This role ensures the smooth execution of instructional and assessment activities across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Support

• Draft, format, and finalise lesson notes, assignments, and study materials aligned with learning objectives.

• Assist in designing quizzes, exams, rubrics, and assessment tools.

Administrative Assistance

• Maintain documentation of curriculum changes and student feedback.
