Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Curriculum Specialist in Virginia Beach, VA to support development, maintenance and modernization of Unit Level Training curricula. The role requires a military or civilian background with NETC systems knowledge and certification requirements.

The candidate will oversee curricula maintenance, coordinate revisions, and maintain the Master Training Plan, including required documents and historical reviews, while ensuring access to training materials

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience within the last fifteen years in a Course Curriculum Model Manager role.
• Masters degree in a related discipline with a strong emphasis in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining and modernizing all matters involving Unit Level Training.
• Requires prior military or civilian background with knowledge of NETC systems, processes and certification requirements.
• Assist with the oversight of the maintenance and administration of existing curricula.
• Ensure all curriculum development/revision/modification is coordinated with appropriate staff.
• Assist with developing new curricula and perform training material revisions and modifications; involve the LSO in all phases.
• Inform the Curriculum Control Authority (CCA) of developments or setbacks impacting goals and milestones.
• Ensure training material is available for access by the curriculum development team and Course Supervisors; training materials include lesson plans, guides, tests and IMM.
• Maintain a master copy of all training materials in the Master Training Plan (MTP) with required documents and previous FCRs.
• Assist to coordinate scheduling of FCRs and publish an annual schedule for Director of Training.
• Instructors under cognizance use up-to-date Curriculum materials.
• Provide input to curriculum management to ensure currency of the Master Record.
