Job summary

The United States Bureau of Indian Education is seeking an Education Specialist for the San Felipe Pueblo Elementary. The role plans, develops, directs, conducts, administers, and coordinates academic and curriculum-based programs under a School Year Contract with annual renewal. Telework is not permitted.

A valid state administrator licensure is required and experience in school education is essential. Applicants must meet education, licensure, and experience requirements per P.L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field from accredited institution.
• Minimum 12 semester hours of coursework in the particular area of specialization.
• Two years of experience must be in school administration, teaching, counseling, or other professional education experience.
• Must meet state certification standards for their position in the state where the position is located.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State issued Assistant Principal (or equivalent Administrator) licensure or certification in the State where the position is located.
