Qualifications

• Master's degree with 12 graduate semester hours in School Administration.
• Must possess and maintain valid State issued Assistant Principal or equivalent licensure/certification.
• Two years of experience in school administration, teaching, counseling or related professional education experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement instructional programs and curricula that meet educational standards and improve student learning experiences.
• Plan, organize and conduct in-service training for academic personnel to provide understanding of current research and trends in education.
• Promote activities for the general welfare and public relations with the community and public schools.
• Conduct evaluation of personnel, programs and pupils using appropriate measurement instruments and data.
• Participate in development, proposal writing, implementation and evaluation of programs to maximize supplementary funding.
