Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Approved State Trainer (preferred).
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer and lift up to 40 pounds, indoor/outdoor work.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Spend 75% of time in the classroom educating children and mentoring teachers.
• Speak with parents to share the curriculum and child learning.
• Train, motivate and lead staff; assist center management with interviewing and hiring.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals.
