Footbridge Federal is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop interactive e-learning courses, presentations, technical diagrams, job aids, and instructional video tutorials for enterprise IT training in the United States. The role emphasizes security clearance and high-quality multimedia content delivery.

You will manage LMS administration, schedule and report on training activities, and host live/virtual sessions, ensuring engaging experiences while aligning with program

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required (interim acceptable).
• 4+ years of instructional design and multimedia content development experience.
• Proven expertise with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise), video editing (Camtasia), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat).
• Background in developing training programs for enterprise IT systems and managing LMS platforms.

Description du poste

• Develop interactive e-learning courses, presentations, technical diagrams, job aids, and instructional video tutorials.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administrative duties, including course configuration, participant tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
• Host and moderate live and virtual training sessions, facilitating participant engagement and handling Q&A.
• Draft project communications, reference guides, user acceptance scripts, and focus group resources.
• Support enterprise IT training environments by coordinating practice scenarios and managing user test data.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (interim clearance acceptable).
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, technical visual design, and multimedia content development.
• Proven expertise with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise), video editing software (Camtasia), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat).
• Background in developing training programs for enterprise IT systems (such as SAP or ServiceNow) and managing LMS platforms.
• Strong technical writing, document design, and presentation layout skills.
• Ability to submit a portfolio showcasing interactive e-learning, visual design assets, and instructional videos.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to public sector, higher education, or technical R&D environments.
• Familiarity with using generative AI tools to streamline instructional content creation.
