Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Curriculum Director to guide educators and uphold brand standards across centers. You will partner with the Center Director to foster a joyful, safe, high-performing learning environment and ensure instructional quality and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include staffing centers, leading staff development, maintaining licensing compliance, and driving enrollment while maintaining EBITDA-aligned budgets.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership and curriculum management experience (at least one year).
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules.
• Background screening, health, and safety training requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Staff development meetings monthly using TLE content.
• Maintain branding, standards, and quality across classrooms.
• Ensure licensing, health, and safety compliance center-wide.
• Support staffing to keep classrooms fully staffed.
• Lead family conferences at least two times per year and conduct monthly classroom observations.
