Job summary

Kingston West Family Chiropractic seeks a senior Curriculum Developer to lead the design and production of educational curriculum. You will manage a team of writers and practitioners, guiding content from concept through publication while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

You will steward budgets, coordinate with ministry leaders, and shape curricula across departments to promote best practices and consistent quality in educational materials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in curriculum development or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Education.
• Five years teaching experience, preferably in more than one age group.
• Two years proven experience in curriculum development.
• PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development process, including conceptualization, lesson development, writing, and publishing.
• Customer service skills.
• General office skills.
