Job summary

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. seeks a Curriculum Developer to translate complex maritime concepts into clear documentation and training materials. You will design and develop curricula for operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and diverse audiences.

You will interview engineers and SMEs, ensure accuracy, and produce manuals, guides, and policy documents aligned with maritime standards. A TS clearance is preferred and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in curriculum development.
• Minimum of 100 hours of curriculum development experience.
• Master Training Specialist certification or equivalent is desired.
• Minimum Top Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials and documentation to support operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct interviews and technical briefings with maritime personnel, engineers, and subject matter experts to collect accurate information.
• Produce and maintain manuals, technical documents, training guides, and policy documents that align with maritime standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure technical accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.
