Job summary

The Goddard School in Loveland, OH is seeking a motivated Assistant Director to support daily school operations and drive excellence in education and care. The Curriculum Coordinator will assist the Director in staff management, licensing compliance, and fostering strong family and community relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of early childhood teaching experience, a related associate degree, and a passion for nurturing children's growth through our Wonder of Learning program.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine love for children and commitment to providing high-quality education.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
