The Goddard School in Princeton, Texas is seeking an Assistant Director to help oversee daily operations, support the Director, and uphold high standards of education and care. This role focuses on staff management, licensing compliance, and strong family/community relations.

You will contribute to implementing the proprietary Wonder of Learning program and nurturing a positive learning environment. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a renowned early childhood education network.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, team leadership and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; genuine love for children.
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day operations of the School.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, develop and supervise staff.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Implement Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and growth.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with families.
• Health and Safety: Conduct safety drills and ensure licensing compliance.

Assistant Director Key Responsibilities
