Job summary

The Redhill Academy is seeking an experienced Art specialist to lead the Art curriculum for students aged 11-18. You will deliver high-quality teaching, shape the department's direction, and motivate colleagues to raise standards across the faculty.

This full-time, permanent post offers a £6,074 TLR2B on the teachers’ pay scale and the opportunity to contribute to outstanding outcomes. We value creative thinking, collaboration, and a commitment to professional development within Redhill Academy

Qualifications

• You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status and a strong subject knowledge of Art.
• You will have a proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching across the 11-18 age range.

Curriculum Area Leader of Art - The Redhill Academy

Full time, Permanent

Required from January 2026

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Art specialist with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and strong leadership potential. The successful candidate will have the vision and ambition to build upon the department's established strengths, further develop the curriculum and continue to secure outstanding outcomes for students. They will be passionate about promoting artistic excellence, nurturing creativity and ensuring that every student is able to fulfil their potential.
