Job summary

The City University of New York's Lehman College invites applications for an Academic Affairs Manager. This role reports to the Vice Provost for Academic Programs and oversees curriculum management, senate coordination, and academic program administration.

You will supervise office operations, manage budgets and procurement, prepare management reports, and liaise with faculty and NYSED to ensure timely curricular processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and six years' relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers office operations for the Office of Academic Programs including supervision and determining work assignments; manages Academic Programs budget including procurement activities.
• Serves as Curriculum Manager and liaison for the college and CUNY Central Office of Academic Affairs; facilitates curricular development and resolves issues to complete the curricular process.
• Manages all materials pertaining to new, revised, and proposed programs; maintains data of all academic programs from inception to completion; handles Senate documents and communication with NYSED.
