Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and programmatic oversight for curricular and cocurricular programs campus-wide.
• Collaborate with departments to build course clusters and recruit participants.
• Set policies and support communications planning for engagement programs.
• Lead analyses to ensure programs meet stated outcomes and produce compelling reports.
• Develop proposals guiding strategic direction for programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with staff to manage scheduling, budgets, and faculty correspondence.
• Support monthly staff meetings and internal communications strategy.
• Oversee approvals for new courses and related processes.
