As the primary point of contact for our takeout operations, you represent the warmth and quality of our dining room right at the guest's car window. We are looking for someone with an infectious positive attitude, relentless attention to detail, and flexible availability across both lunch and dinner services.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Hospitality: Greet every guest with a warm, upbeat greeting; deliver orders directly to vehicles promptly and accurately.

• Order Precision & QA: Double-check every order against guest tickets to guarantee correct items, special modifications, sauces, utensils, and proper packaging before handoff.

• Order Management: Efficiently process phone and online orders, manage payment transactions, and handle guest inquiries with speed and professional clarity.

• Operational Flow: Coordinate seamlessly with front-of-house staff, sushi chefs, and kitchen teams to maintain minimal wait times during peak rush periods.

• Station Upkeep: Keep the takeout area clean, fully stocked with packaging supplies, and meticulously organized throughout the shift.
