Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk in Michigan to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, delivering a smooth pickup experience from start to finish.

You'll greet customers, ensure accurate order fulfillment, process payments, and maintain strong teamwork across the store. No advanced tech skills required—just a service mindset, reliability, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Provide curbside service with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly with leadership support.
• Receive daily workflow via dashboard and fulfill orders during shift.
• Scan items, bag according to standards, and stage orders safely.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
