Job summary

Meijer in Cincinnati is looking for a Digital Clerk to turn online orders into easy curbside pickups with accuracy and speed. You’ll help drive customer loyalty by providing a smooth pickup experience from start to finish.

No advanced tech required at first; training provided. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and at least 1 year of retail or cashier experience. You’ll lift, stand, and work with a friendly team in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer-first approach
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail preferred
• Past cashier experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable
• Process-driven with ability to follow procedures
• Past online ordering experience a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift/bend/stand)

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection
• Greet customers and respond to questions with a courteous attitude
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members and leadership
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership
• Fulfill orders and manage daily workflow from dashboard
• Scan/verify items and bag according to standards
• Store and stage orders and keep curbside area clean
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly
