Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill customer online curbside orders accurately and quickly, creating a smooth pickup experience. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and work with store teams to ensure orders are ready on time.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail or cashier experience, strong communication, and a service mindset. This role requires the ability to lift and stand for extended periods and may involve a part-time schedule at our Wisconsin store.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Prior retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift, stand, and move materials as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customer online curbside orders quickly and accurately.
• Provide courteous service at the curbside pickup area.
• Greet customers and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Follow bagging standards and ensure items are scanned/verified correctly.
• Keep curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
