Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with accuracy and speed. You will interact with customers, manage the pickup process, and ensure a smooth carside experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying items, and maintaining the curbside area. Prior online ordering experience is a plus, and training will be provided. This is a fast-paced role within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
