Meijer Inc. is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill customer curbside orders with speed and accuracy. You will ensure a smooth pickup experience from start to finish, greeting customers and assisting with questions while working closely with store teammates.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, ability to learn new technologies quickly, and prior online ordering or cashier experience is a plus. A stable, team-oriented environment offers opportunities for growth.

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Past online ordering or curbside experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately.
• Provide courteous service at the curbside pickup area and assist customers.
• Greet customers and respond to questions; maintain positive relationships with teammates and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with leadership.
• Receive daily workflow from a dashboard and fulfill orders during shift.
• Scan items, bag them correctly, and follow bagging standards.
