Qualifications

• Experience in team management within retail/logistics.
• Experience managing workflow and operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI monitoring (UPH, serve time).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory/order management software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA and Order Runner teams, ensure SOPs for QA, curbside, customer service and returns.
• Monitor performance against KPIs such as average serve time and customer reviews.
• Optimize warehouse and order fulfillment workflows to have orders ready before curbside pickup.
• Set staff schedules and provide training and coaching.
• Close the facility daily following SOPs to ensure safety and organization.
