Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Comfortable using computers and various software programs.
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and return issues.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsabilités

• Customer Traffic and Curbside Management: Check in customers in the parking lot and provide directional guidance to the appropriate waiting or parking spot.
• Direct parking lot traffic using clear instructions to ensure safety and prevent congestion.
• Returns Processing: Receive returns from customers, gather necessary information, and document the condition and reason for return so items can be sent back to processing.
• Educate customers on BuyWander's return policies and accurately process returns and refunds in the system.
• Restocking and Inventory Processing: Inspect returned items to verify condition and process them accordingly.
• Restock warehouse shelves for Changed Mind items, ensuring new locations are scanned and updated in the system.
