Job summary

BuyWander is seeking a Store Team Member (Full Time) in Portland, OR. This hands-on role supports receiving, inventory, processing, order fulfillment, and customer service across store operations.

You will work across several areas, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. This is a physically active position with safety requirements and on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/retail/fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and Bluetooth scanner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading goods from trucks and containers.
• Inventory management with smartphone scans for accuracy.
• Open, inspect, describe, and label items during processing.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Assist customers in store, handle POS transactions, and keep areas tidy.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, report safety issues to supervisor.
