Qualifications

• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the pickup area with accurate fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify, and bag items using standard procedures.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Assist with other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
